How do I become a vendor for Sol Harmony Fest?

What are my responsibilities as a vendor?

Vendors and healers will come with the main intention of getting to know and be known by the community. The making of money and sales is vital and we support that, but we expect all who are meeting the public to intend to develop relationships that reach past this one event. This will also ensure future sales and will keep people coming back and sharing about your service/product.  “People don’t always remember what you said, but rather how you made them feel” is a good standard to live by when engaging the community.

How much does it cost to be a vendor?

  • 10x10 ft space - $333

  • 10x20 ft space - $444

What do I get in return for vending?

As a bonus to getting to be one of the lucky vendors who get to participate in the area's only large-scale Holistic Healing Arts Festival, you will be getting your name and work out to thousands of SHF participants, use of all of our widespread marketing leverage, and sharing your heart with a like-minded group of amazing humans…vendors will ALSO receive:

  • A 10x10 ft or 10x20 ft space for your vendor booth

  •  2 Weekend Pass Tickets for you and a staff member

  • Limited Extra Staff Passes can be purchased at a discounted rate

  • Car camping included behind your booth/ if you need an RV spot you can secure one for 50% off

  • Set up on Thursday, and more

What are load in/load out times?

Vendor arrival/load in times are as follows:

  • Thursday Sept 26th from 3-5:30pm

  • Keep in mind gates open at 12pm on Friday for festival participants to begin arriving

Vendor load out:

  • You can load out anytime after 5pm on Sunday Sept 29th

  • You're encouraged to stay for the community closing ceremony after you load out!

  • All vendors must be off property by noon on Monday Sept 30th

What's the check in process?

Drive down to the gate and let them know you're a vendor and what your vendor name is. You'll be directed to your vendor spot to unload. If you're staying/camping, make sure your car is in it's designated parking spot. If you're not staying, please move your car to general parking as soon as possible after you unload, then get set up once your vehicle is out of the pathway.

What's the check out process?

You can start breaking down and packing up anytime after 5pm on Sunday Sept 29th. All vendors must be off property by 12pm (noon) on Monday Sept 30th.

We pride ourselves by leaving the land better than we found it and expect the same from our vendors. Please pick up any trash and don't leave anything behind.

What hours do I need to be vending at my booth?

Your booth hours are up to you!

We recommend that in addition to vending, you take time for yourself to enjoy the festival!
