Support Kat, support community, connect with other conscious minded people to spread love, raise our vibration and heal the world! Also an opportunity to take classes and attend workshops, eat good healthy food and meet new friends.
What was your favorite part about Sol Harmony Fest?

So hard to choose just one! I guess the big take away is not the amazing vendors, teachers, healers or musicians, not even the delicious food, not the smiling faces everywhere you turned, not the little extra comforts like handwashing stations, clean Porta potty’s or charging stations. My most favorite part was the way I felt. The overwhelming amount of love and positive life force energy that filled up my soul, just by being in community. It was just something in the air. When ideas are birthed out of love and pure intensions, great things happen, this is what was cultivated at SHF. that’s what I would say my favorite part was.

Doing an offering but also enjoying the variety of workshops and classes by teachers that I want to experience but haven’t had the chance to. This offers many short experiences and a chance to be with a variety of teachers and participants that would normally take months to get around to in “real life”

When I found sol harmony, or rather when sol harmony found me, I was at a low point in my life. I felt like I had lost everything, like my life was spiraling around me, I felt as though I didn't belong anywhere. I was ready to give up, but the universe had other plans.
When I was invited that morning to sol harmony fest, I had no idea what would be in store for me. As we approached the ticket booth I remember the anxiety that crept over me, the fear that I wouldn't fit in, that immediately they would know I didn't belong. That couldn't have been further from the truth. That day I was met with the most love that I had ever experienced. I was welcomed with open arms, both literally and figuratively, by every person that crossed my path. I was loved, I was safe, I was with family, I was home. I belonged.
Sol harmony fest is not only THE place to find the tools, the teachers, the insight, to heal, live and thrive, it's also a place where you'll find the deepest connection, the most unconditional love, a place where you'll find community.
Sol harmony changed my life, and the things I learned there, the experiences I had, the people I met, continue to change my life and inspire healing to this day. Thank you, sol harmony for finding me. And thank you, Kat and David for the life changing work that you do, and for teaching me how to love the shit out of myself!🙏💜

"Being a part of Sol Harmony Fest as student, teacher and volunteer was a highlight of mine for 2021. To be immersed in such a profoundly spiritual event was immeasurable. The excitement leading up to the event, planning and partaking was full of intention, detail and most importantly LOVE! The team had a vision to connect, create and expand ; my expectations were far exceeded by the amount of modalities and offerings, the blend of vendors and food options and beautiful performing artists! To just walk around the festival and witness the smiles, joy and peace abound was so refreshing and FUN!
