Teacher Guide

We are so excited you're joining us! If you have a question that you don't see answered below please reach out to solharmonyfest@gmail.com

How do I become a teacher for Sol Harmony Fest?

What are my responsibilities as a teacher?

Each teacher/speaker/presenter chosen will be responsible for:

  • Getting the word out about your offering at the Festival at all of your marketing outlets: Social Media (at least once per week for the month before the event), post on your website, email campaign, and post flyers at any place where you already offer your magic.

  • Agree to help with the Festival for two hours before, during or after the festival ***This requirement is to facilitate building more community cohesion and to give you the chance to interact directly with SHF participants and staff outside of your class time.

  • Arrive on the Festival grounds and be checked in at the Volunteer Station 30 minutes before your class/workshop/lecture

  • Arrive at the teaching space for setting up 15 minutes before your timeslot

What do I get in return for teaching?

As a bonus to getting to be one of the lucky teachers who get to participate in the area's only large-scale Holistic Healing Arts Festival, you will be getting your name and work out to thousands of SHF participants, use of all of our widespread marketing leverage and sharing your heart with a like-minded group of amazing humans… teachers will ALSO receive:

  • One Free Day Pass ($99 value) for the day of your class(es)

How do I find out what day and time my class will be?

We will reach out to you with more information after applications close (June 28 2024).
