Does the glamping price include a festival weekend pass?

No, the glamping price is for glamping only. The festival admission ticket is not included. You can purchase your weekend passes here!

Are the glamping tents and beds comfortable and clean?

Yes!

All glamping packages include:

Beds with plush memory foam mattresses and pillows covered by a quilted hypoallergenic cover (No blow-up mattresses here!)
Professionally cleaned and sanitized bed linen, blankets and comforter
Comfortable Seating
Decorative Rugs
Remote Control Lighting

How many people can sleep in one tent?

Glamping Mini Package: sleeps 1 person in a Twin XL bed
Glamping Ultimate Twin Package: sleeps 2 people in 2 Twin XL beds
Glamping Ultimate Queen Package: sleeps 2 people in a Queen bed
Glamping Mega Package: sleeps 4 in 4 Twin XL beds or sleeps 2 in a King bed

Will I have to set this up and take it down myself?

No! Metro Glamping will have everything all set up and ready for you before you arrive at the festival! They will take care of taking it down and cleaning everything after you go back home. All you have to do is make sure you remove all of your personal items before you leave at the end of the weekend.

What amenities are available?

Every glamping package comes with:

Personal fans and charcoal heating pads
Battery Packs to keep your cell phone charged
Conversation Cards
Hospitality kit including wipes, water bottles, and a few other essentials

Can I eat and drink in the tent?

Yes, however, by consuming food and beverage in and around the tent, you assume all responsibility for damages caused by spills, accidents, or other causes. Any excess of stains, spills and damages are subject to cleaning/repair fees.

Can I smoke in/around the tent?

No, Metro Glamping has a strict no smoking policy inside or around the tent. Any signs of smoking will result in an automatic $500 cleaning fee. No smoking of any form (cigarettes, vape, incense, etc).

Can I bring my pets?

No, pets are NOT allowed at Sol Harmony Fest.

How long will glamping reservations be available?

Glamping reservations are available until September 7th or until they sell out, whichever comes first. Glamping reservations can be booked here and weekend passes can be purchased here!
