Once your application is approved, we'll send you a private link to pay a $50 deposit and send us additional information. You will be confirmed as a food truck once we have your payment.

Peace on the plate! We are looking for vendors with nutrient dense foods to nourish us the whole weekend!

Food vendors will come with the main intention of getting to know and be known by the community. The making of money and sales is vital and we support that, but we expect all who are meeting the public to intend to develop relationships that reach past this one event. This will also ensure future sales and will keep people coming back and sharing about your food.  “People don’t always remember what you said, but rather how you made them feel” is a good standard to live by when engaging the community.

• Breakfast served from 7:30am - 10am, arrive between 6:30am - 7am

• Lunch served from 11:30am - 2pm, arrive between 10am - 11am

• Dinner served from 5:30pm - 8pm, arrive between 4pm - 5pm

• Late night served from 8:00pm-MIDNIGHT, arrive between 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Please have all proper certification by date/s specified.

Please communicate any possible service needs prior to arrival.

$50 per shift and YES ideally you'll vend with us the entire weekend!

We are ideally looking for vendors who are available to be with us all weekend but we don't expect you to work ALL shifts

Friday September 27th 2024:

• breakfast - served from 7:30am - 10am, arrive between 6:30am - 7am

• lunch - served from 11:30am - 2pm, arrive between 10am - 11am

• dinner - served from 5:30pm - 8pm, arrive between 4pm - 5pm

• late night - open 8:00pm-MIDNIGHT, arrive between 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Saturday September 28th 2024:

• breakfast - served from 7:30am - 10am, arrive between 6:30am - 7am

• lunch - served from 11:30am - 2pm, arrive between 10am - 11am

• dinner - served from 5:30pm - 8pm, arrive between 4pm - 5pm

• late night - open 8:00pm-MIDNIGHT, arrive between 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Sunday September 29th 2024:

• breakfast - served from 7:30am - 10am, arrive between 6:30am - 7am

• lunch - served from 11:30am - 2pm, arrive between 10am - 11am

• dinner - served from 3:30pm - 7pm, arrive between 2pm - 3pm

You can definitely set up in a truck or booth as long as it follows health code guidelines.

As a bonus to getting to be one of the lucky food vendors who get to participate in the area's only large-scale Holistic Healing Arts Festival, you will be getting your name and work out to thousands of SHF participants, use of all of our widespread marketing leverage, and sharing your heart with a like-minded group of amazing humans… food vendors will ALSO receive:

• A 10x10 ft or 10x20 ft space for your food truck/booth

• 2 Weekend Pass Tickets for you and a staff member

• Limited Extra Staff Passes can be purchased at a discounted rate
