OUR STORY
About Sol Harmony Fest.
Sol Harmony Fest was created to support and connect the various holistic communities. We truly believe that there are unlimited ways to heal, grow and transform; which is why we offer such a variety of holistic services at our event.
When we came together for the 1st annual Sol Harmony Fest in 2021, an Intention was set.
We didn't really know what to expect from the outcome. We spent most of our days exploring & meeting with local teachers, healers and other holistic businesses to spread the word and gather feedback from the community.
The energy and support we received was vital to the holding of our intention throughout the planning stages and into the actual event. We knew that our intention was strong and we learned throughout the event and even after, the depths that it had reached and the lives that it had changed.
We are extremely grateful and excited to welcome back everyone who joined us last year and look forward to seeing many new faces and having more amazing experiences to share.

Spirit Weaver Designs
During the pandemic I was lucky enough to work with one of the most beautiful and talented artisans in Austin Texas. I have since spent countless hours weaving seed bead earrings and dream catchers, tying frame drums, and crafting ceremonial fans to give as gifts. I have decided to offer my weavings now to the public so they can bless many more hands. I treat every pieces sacredly and with deep prayer. I honor the elders for passing down this knowledge of ceremonial tools and hope that I make them proud as I share these offerings with those in our community.

Shamanic Drum Journeying
Beginning in teen years Michael became aware in the medicinal and nutritional value of wildcrafted plants. This bloomed into devotion foraging and tincturing mushrooms to extract medicinal properties for drinking and topical application.
Due to his immersive interest in world mythologies/religions/psychoscience, a deep fascination developed of the synchronicities of body brain mind soul heart spirit connectivity. Entering into the carpenter field in 1975 @ 17yrs. And onto custom staircase building in 1995 a 28 yr career. 2012 began his journey into the healing arts practice shamanic drum journeying with the medicine drum. A regular at shakori hills music festival for 10 seasons and in his private practice, 950 hours of session time and 2,500 people have received a rare glimpse into their innate unconscious innervision wisdom\inner healer and intuitive source guidance systems.
I like to introduce people to lucid dreaming and if they do lucid dream, to a higher level of their art. The Port key is the hoop or medicine drum or Spirit horse as shamanic culture say.
Shamanic journeying awakens and allows entrance into your spirit world, Your Divine source and your personal and collective ancestral lands within you. The four beats per second rhythm automatically instills deep body relaxation and often pain relief.
This is the place brain-mind-soul-hart coalesce\meet with animal and Spirit guides for counseling and your divine inspiration. You lay on your mat, I drum 15 minutes and we talk of your visionary experience for interpretation of dream symbols-imagery and feelings.

Harmonizing humanity is the spine to my crafting. I want my works to activate health, meditation, trance induction, and to inspire curious, open minds. My approach to art, herbalism, and holistic product making, stems from my spiritual practices. I am journeying towards enlightenment through vegan nutrition, psychedelic self-therapy, breathwork, studying tantra, meditation, yoga, dancing ecstatically, hula hooping, pottery making, urban homesteading, living holistically, crystal activations, and sound bathing.
I utilize intricate carving and inlay techniques on the surface of my pottery to create geometric mandala patterns with radial balance to symbolize the cosmic diagram of life.
I hand-make plant-based vegan products as my way of respecting and thanking Mother Nature and our ancestors for their blessings.
As a small North Carolina urban homesteader, I intentionally surround myself with the plant-based, hand-grown and hand-made. I live as intentionally & self-reliably as I am able. Lovingly reducing my waste by growing some of my own food, composting, rain-harvesting, up-cycling, repurposing clay, and recycling all help me remain grounded.

Her holistic approach to nutrition counseling incorporates mind-body principles, integrative & functional nutrition, HAES, and a nervous-system informed approach. She honors the uniqueness of every body & every individual's lived experience, while acknowledging the need for systemic change & community support in order for everyone to live their most fulfilling, healthful lives.

The Phoenix is currently a vendor and Facebook based company out of my home in Moore, SC. Although, I am currently actively seeking website and storefront options and will keep everyone updated on any changes that will happen in the immediate future. My name is Javier and I am originally from Puerto Rico. When I was 8 years old, my aunt came to visit and gave me a tiny Reflexology chart card. It showed a map of the feet and where to press to make people feel relief from allergies, headaches, digestive issues and more! This excited me because, even at that young age, all I wanted was to help people (specifically at the time, my mom) feel better. As I started practicing on my family, I saw that it worked, and I fell in love with Reflexology! At the age of 20, I obtained Chakra Reflexology and Reiki certifications at the ULC. Institute of Natural Healing in Carolina, Puerto Rico by Rev. Ken Smith and Rev Carla M. Perez-Smith. Over the years, I have continued to practice and offer treatments to friends and family on the side. But then, 2020 happened. For me, as I’m sure for many of you, it was a life shattering year. I lost my mom early on to Covid. Then, I was fired from my banking job for caring too much for fraud victims. Everything I held dear in my life was stripped away. Everything, that is, except my new found love, Shelly. We met serendipitously at a spiritual community meeting hosted by our mutual friend, Bodhi Deva Ma. When the meeting ended, I could tell she was suffering from a headache, and of course, being who I am, I wanted to help her. I offered if she would come back later that night for Bodhi’s Yoga Nedra class, I could do some Reflexology to help her with her headache. She agreed and I performed a quick 10 minute session for her which took care of the headache (as I knew it would). What I didn’t expect, however, was the spark I felt when I connected with her spirit, the spark I’d been searching for my whole life! And the rest, as they say, was history! Now, with her enthusiastic support, I have decided to take this opportunity to realize my life-long dream of doing Reflexology full time. I have now completed my 300 hour Reflexology certification class including Learning Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), received certification for Korean Hand, Facial and Ear Reflexology and have passed the American Reflexology Certification Board examination. I am now Nationally Board Certified Reflexologist!

We are a Chiropractic office that addresses physical, emotional and spiritual levels.
Touch Light's goal is to help people create a greater connection with their body's wisdom no matter what condition, symptom, or dis-ease. I have been a metaphysician for over 50 years and am currently the lead minister for the Free Spirit Humanitarian Church. During the time as a metaphysician, I was honored to serve as a channel, a reader, a physic, a teacher, a coach and an ongoing advocate of better health through energy and frequency.

Serendipity Salon and Free Spirit Market
Hi, I'm Britt, I became a hairstylist in 2003, began my energy healing journey in 2019, and discovered how to incorporate reiki into hair in 2022. My specialty areas are pixie haircuts, mens cuts, curly hair, intuitive energy healing hair services, and transformative color. I believe plants can teach us a lot about ourselves and I teach plant project classes both in the salon and travel.
Free Spirit Market is a collective of handmade vendors, holistic teachers and services.
I created Serendipity Salon and FSM in 2018 with the goal in mind to create a space that leaves a positive impact on our guests and then extending that energy into the world when they leave the salon. Our cacao is - vegan, gluten free, GMO free, with no refined sugar, no preservatives, no chemicals, or additives whatsoever. You can feel fabulous with every sip you take.
Shasta’s Treasures
Shasta’s Treasures began in 2016 when I started making jewelry. I have a passion for gemstones and their healing properties so I focus on using stone for my jewelry. In 2010 in my own spiritual journey I learned how to make natural incense that’s burned on charcoal and discovered I had a feel for it so I decided to make a line of incense blends for my business. In 2021 my incense was getting popular but I was getting a lot of college kids living in dorms that can’t burn incense so I decided to make a line of essential oil blends.
Offerings include: I am an eclectic shop with amazing treasures to be found. I make high end beaded, wire wrapped, and solid silver jewelry using mostly gemstones, pearls, shell, fancy glass and Swarovski Crystal (never plastic). I make beaded necklace and earring sets, bracelets, earrings, rings and pendant necklaces. I have a very large inventory with a wide range of prices to accommodate people of any income. For years I have been fascinated with the healing properties of gemstones so I include on most of my packaging the individual healing properties of each specific stone. In addition, I am also very interested in aromatherapy and the healing properties of herbs and oils. I make a line of amazing all-natural incense that comes in 13 different blends. It’s a unique loose style incense and requires special burners and charcoal to use it so I carry a variety of options for my customers on a resale basis. My essential oils I make in 8 different blends and each is available in a roll-on, a pure bottle, and a spray. For my incense and oils, I only use high quality ingredients that were ethically sourced. I also sell an amazing selection of rainbow bismuth figurines and crystals that were made by another artist from Canada.
Conscious Charlotte/Cacao Camper
I have been to last years fest. This inspired me to get a van specially for celebrations and festivals to bring medicinal drinks to those who seek to live healthier and happier. I would still like to set up a chill area like last year to create the space to experience the effects of cacao and connect with others in a relaxed atmosphere.
