Benefits of Yoga for First Responders

Friday Sept 22nd

4:30 - 5 pm

Tea Tent

Bio

I provide on-site yoga classes to First Responders. I have spent my life engaging with police and firefighters and have seen the mental and physical affects that these careers can have on the well-being of our men and women that sacrifice themselves for others. During my YTT-200 training in 2022, I lost my brother, a career firefighter, to suicide. I know this is where I belong, and what I have been blessed with the ability to do in order to hopefully avoid this type of tragedy for someone else. I would LOVE to be able to share what I have learned with others, and how yoga can help to balance the accumulated trauma of a career as a First Responder. All participants are welcome, however!

Sacred Sound Healing Ceremony :

Lightbody Activation and Angel Connection

Saturday Sept 23rd

9 - 10 am

Peace Tent

A Sacred Sound Healing Ceremony is a community immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for your body, mind and spirit. Everything in the Universe, including our body, is composed of vibrations. Every cell, tissue, organ and organ system in each unique body vibrates at a particular frequency. Sound and vibration affect us at a cellular level reaching deep inside the DNA.

The intention of this ceremony is a light body activation and angel connection. Light language is a vibrational expression of communication, beyond the limits of human speech and thought. It is a spiritual experience which can be transmitted through the vibrations of sound. The medicine of sound will carry you to the depths of your soul and facilitate a deep connection to creator. It is a gentle experience that will feed your cells and soothe your soul. We will call in the angelic realm for divine protection, messages and support.

During a Sound Healing Session it is suggested you lie on a yoga mat, with a cushion under their head, covered with a comfy blanket. Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation and experience.

Bio

Kim Savage is an Integrative Holistic Healer, Intuitive Bodyworker, Holistic Massage Therapist {LMBT 17714}, Equine Bodywork and Massage Therapist, Certified Therapeutic Sound Practitioner, Meditation Facilitator, Yoga E-RYT, Reiki healer and a student of Intuitive Energy Healing, Shamanic Studies and Ayurveda.

I approach each individual human and equine with reverence and respect focusing on tuning into the body and listening. My goal is to facilitate the body’s innate healing and creating comfort in body, mind and spirit. My massage technique, sacred sound healings, meditation and yoga teaching are influenced by the methods I have studied – massage, sacred sound and vibrational healing, intuitive energy, the energetic body, thai vedic bodywork, neuromuscular pain patterns, medicupping, aromatherapy, meditation, ayurveda, equine massage and yoga.

Pulsating, moving, graceful. Inside Flow is derived from Vinyasa Flow. It’s a flowing sequence of asanas guided by the breath and modern music. It’s a symbiosis of tradition and evolution. An Inside Flow class consists of a choreography of asanas set up to modern music. Every movement is initiated by the breath, synchronized with the inhalation and exhalation. It’s the perfect yoga practice for everyone who loves dynamic and powerful flows and wants to improve their physical condition.

The trio seamlessly and intuitively flow together to create opportunities to relax, release, and integrate. Sound vibrations gently massage the cellular body back into harmony, clearing blockages, and restoring vitality. Yoga is the synchronization of breath, movement, and intention; and can lead to shifts to the parasympathetic nervous system, where the body has the capacity to heal itself. Take time for yourself during this wonderful time of year, and restore.

Together, this trio seamlessly weaves time honored traditions of movement and sound to create harmony with the seasons, to clear blockages and restore vitality, and to allow for synchronization of the nervous system to initiate the body’s own capacity to heal itself. With each class we teach, we hope our students walk away with a glimpse of their heart’s potential and connection to higher self.

Repairing Your Relationship with Your Menstrual Cycle

Sunday Sept 24th

9 - 10 am

Joy Tent

Discover a transformative journey towards understanding and healing the connection between your inner self and your menstrual cycle. In this unique class, we delve into the profound relationship we share with our bodies, emotions, and natural rhythms. Guided by a safe and judgment-free environment, we explore the cyclical nature of life and embrace the wisdom of our menstrual cycle as a guide to our well-being.

Bio

Cyclical Guide, Coach, and Mentor are the titles I hang with these days, I acquired them after stepping out from a decade-long stint in public education. Teaching is a love language of mine and leading a group of folks to new ideas and realizations jazzes me up. After one heck of a journey through Stage IV Endometriosis, a scroll list of Auto-Immune Disorders, mental health diagnoses, and grief - I had to figure out what peace and joy were like. I found harmony and support within plant medicine, holistic remedies, and cyclical living. Now, I share all that I have learned with clients and my community through a cyclical style of coaching and mentorship that holds so much nourishment. Not a damn thing in this life is linear like society raised us to believe. It's all cyclical. Our emotions, our bodies, our relationships, our careers, our grief... learning how to work with this rotation adds built-in burnout prevention to our daily lives, and in a world where burnout is worn as a badge of honor, I proudly advocate for a better option. One we all deserve.

Reflexology for Children

Sunday Sept 24th

9 - 10 am

Kid's Tent

Reflexology
for you and your family: This class is to teach parents about footwear for kids and to teach them the benefits of
Reflexology
for children and young adults. Come and see how
Reflexology
works and how it can benefit you and your family.

Bio

I am originally from Puerto Rico. When I was 8 years old, my aunt came to visit and gave me a tiny Reflexology chart card. It showed a map of the feet and where to press to make people feel relief from allergies, headaches, digestive issues and more! This excited me because, even at that young age, all I wanted was to help people (specifically at the time, my mom) feel better. As I started practicing on my family, I saw that it worked, and I fell in love with Reflexology! At the age of 20, I obtained Chakra Reflexology and Reiki certifications at the ULC. Institute of Natural Healing in Carolina, Puerto Rico by Rev. Ken Smith and Rev Carla M. Perez-Smith. Over the years, I have continued to practice and offer treatments to friends and family on the side. But then, 2020 happened. For me, as I’m sure for many of you, it was a life shattering year. I lost my mom early on to Covid. Then, I was fired from my banking job for caring too much for fraud victims. Everything I held dear in my life was stripped away. Everything, that is, except my new found love, Shelly. We met serendipitously at a spiritual community meeting hosted by our mutual friend, Bodhi Deva Ma. When the meeting ended, I could tell she was suffering from a headache, and of course, being who I am, I wanted to help her. I offered if she would come back later that night for Bodhi’s Yoga Nedra class, I could do some Reflexology to help her with her headache. She agreed and I performed a quick 10 minute session for her which took care of the headache (as I knew it would). What I didn’t expect, however, was the spark I felt when I connected with her spirit, the spark I’d been searching for my whole life! And the rest, as they say, was history! Now, with her enthusiastic support, I have decided to take this opportunity to realize my life-long dream of doing Reflexology full time. I have now completed my 300 hour Reflexology certification class including Learning Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), received certification for Korean Hand, Facial and Ear Reflexology and have passed the American Reflexology Certification Board examination. I am now Nationally Board Certified Reflexologist!

TreesTalk

Sunday Sept 24th

9 - 10 am

Tea Tent

Sandra’s TreesTalk has been trending on TikTok! Come see her in person!

She has a very special gift she can connect and converse with trees much like she connects and communicates with others.

Over the last decade or so a lot of science has come out about the sentience of trees and because of this, a lot of focus is being placed on tree conservation and how we can support the trees. As we are becoming more and more aware of the consciousness of trees and our connection to them it is time to hear what the trees have to say. How do they feel about the world at large? Do they have ideas about how to live in harmony with nature? Do they like dogs?

Come join Sandra as she takes a walk through the park and relays the messages the trees wish to share, helping participants to connect with the trees and find a little balanced harmony with the world around them. Held in a nature setting.

Bio

My name is Sandra Fretwell, The Wandering Spiritualist, and I work for the Universe!

What does that mean? I get many of my directives from the Universe itself. They come in signs left for me in my day-to-day life, messages I get in my sleep, through meditation, and journeying. Even though I have a strong foundation in and have learned much from the traditional spiritual community, all of my classes, workshops, and even the way I handle session work and readings is guided by this main connection I have with the Universe. I have studied in depth various religious and spiritual beliefs since 1993.  Teaching in the spiritual community since 2002.

Studied under the teachings of Osho for 10 years (2002-2012) to learn mindfulness and the eastern philosophy of meditation. Study of the Western Philosophies of meditation from 2006-current. Coaching and counseling on a spiritual growth level since 2000.  I started working with kids and teenagers in this capacity and then grew to support seniors and invalids, partnering with local assisted living facilities and hospitals as a volunteer from 2006-2015. Certifications in Usui (2003) and Karuna Ki Reiki (2006), Seven Rays Healing (2008). Reiki Master since 2003.

I have developed my own modality, Brain Tapping, which I released and started professionally practicing in 2006.  I connect with trees and plants channeling their essence. I give people messages from the trees through individual sessions, in-person group events, and through my video series #treestalk found on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. I am an empath and have been coaching and supporting empaths to find their voice and full autonomy through bodily sovereignty since 2012 with my ER for BS year long course. I am a trance-channel. I channel the Council of the Ascended Masters which is made up of about 60 Ascended Masters that I am aware of so far (they tell me there are many more that I will meet down the road). I have been professionally channeling the Council since 2017. Minister of Metaphysics and have performed weddings, funerals and birth blessings as such. I am a professional speaker and have given talks from DC to Florida across the country to San Diego, Phoenix AZ, even in Costa Rica! For many years I worked solely out of my home and other peoples living rooms using an abundance of word of mouth. Recently, I received the call to shift to a wider audience. For the past 2 years I have been working in different shops, festivals and event spaces.

Bio

I have lived quite the colorful life! Hiding most of my emotions behind incredible people pleasing tendencies. This led to frustration, illness, physical pain, severe anxiety, and resentment. I was in the mindset that my life was awful and hard because of others. In reality, and this was a hard pill to swallow, I had created these situations myself. Since acquiring this awareness, I have been shifting my perception of how I need to move in this world. Every day striving to give myself the same love I share with others. This has completely changed my reality!
